This is a scene from Algonquin Park in Ontario. I’m intigued by places such as this. Fast-flowing water is so interesting to me. I love the sound of rushing water. The mysterious shadows in the deep places, the rapid motion, and the bright white highlights in the froth. It’s a perfect subject to paint.
