  Timber Ridge

The cry of the timber wolf is a long and mournful howl, both chilling and exciting. They can be heard most clearly on cold, clear nights, across hills, rivers and lakes of Canada and parts of the USA. Wolf packs become particularly active in the fall of the year, when the pups have matured and are ready for the hung, which will sustain them through the long, cold winter months.
